Premier League Betting Value Analysis (January 22nd)

MANCHESTER CITY v SPURS

Stats Analysis

The ratings are suggesting that there is value in backing Manchester City to win this game they have an excellent home record and have won their last 15 home games. Manchester City can be backed at (1.91)

Spurs can be backed at (4.33) and although this offers no value, Spurs do have a reasonable record at Manchester City winning 3 of the last 5. If you do fancy Spurs to do well then your best option is certainly to keep the draw on side and Spurs can be backed on the Asian Handicap +0.5 goals at (2.06). The draw can be backed at (3.80) and looks to hold only a little value and is a consideration.

As for goals there is a bias to 3 or more with this featuring in 11 of the last 15 Manchester City home games and 9 from 15 Spurs Away games. In rated form it has featured in 6 from the last 10. Over 2.5 goals at (1.80) looks about right though. Both teams to score, Man City have only conceded in 3 of 11 matches at home to similar rated sides and in the case of Spurs they have scored in only 4 of their last 10 away to top rated sides. The above therefore suggests that there is some value in backing No on both teams to score which can be backed at (2.10)

Manchester City to win (1.91)

ARSENAL v MANCHESTER UNITED

Stats Analysis

The ratings are suggesting that there is not much value in backing Arsenal to win this game. However they do have a decent home record against top rated sides W3 D2 L2. Arsenal can be backed at (2.90)

Manchester United are priced at (2.60) to win this game and this looks to offer some good value. However given both sides recent form against similar opposition we would certainly look to keep the draw on side. Manchester United can be backed + 0 goals on the Asian Handicap at (1.90). The draw can be backed at (3.40) which holds little value but must be considered in a tight game.

As for goals this should be a very tight encounter. 2 or less goals have been seen in 10 of Arsenal's last 15 home games and in 9 of Manchester United's last 13 away games. It has also been seen in 4 of Arsenal's last 7 home games to top rated sides and also in 5 of Manchester United's last 7 away again to top rated sides. Under 2.5 goals can be backed at Evens (2.00). No on both teams to score looks a good option, both teams have found the net in 2 of both teams respective last 7 home and away games to top rated sides and in only 6 of the last 15 home and away games. The No on Both teams to score can be backed at (2.20).
